Distinguishing Characteristics?: Raine, as she prefers to be called, much has the look of elegance surrounding her. However, don't be fooled by her looks. Although that jaw might seem slender and her lips full with innocence, Raine is very much more on the rough side. Behind that slender jaw is strength that tends to tighten when she is angry and behind those innocent lips are words that know how to work their magic and can work themselves out of tight situations. Raine's hands are, despite what many might presume, the calloused and rough hands of a hard worker. Although Raine spends much time outside, her skin never tans and instead she stays the porcelain ivory of her natural skin color. Raine's hair, also, is a definable and recognizable trait of her own - long and wavy with its color switching between dark brown with lighter brown highlights or near black depending on the sunlight. Her eyes, as well, are an obvious feature. Large and pretty, don't let their colors of hazel, green, and gray pull you in. Raine's gaze can easily turn from dainty and doe-like to tomboyish and playful to spitfire and rage in a matter of seconds. However, they are rather easy to get pulled into. Another interesting feature of Raine's is her thick Texan accent, where she was bred and born. Personality: Raine is very much so on the tomboyish side. Not in the sense that she thinks she's a boy, but more in the sense that you might find her working under a truck or with dirt on her dainty cheeks or wrestling with the boys or having competitions of who can down the most shots. She's carefree, for the most part, but with a serious side when it comes down to the really serious stuff. Raine's good with words in the manner of talking smack and sassing and being overall sarcastic and rowdy, but if someone is in need of consoling or she needs to stir crowds, Raine isn't one to take action. If Raine were ever found planning an event, she works well with both being a leader and a follower (although if she is a follower she does tend to have her own thoughts and ideas). Love, to Raine, is something she isn't completely sure about. She much prefers to simply stay friends - or best friends - with a man rather than getting involved with them. Perhaps she would be interested in someone buying her a drink or going on a few casual dates, but anything serious is something Raine is, quite frankly, scared of. When it comes to trust, her trust isn't hard to earn nor is it easy to earn. She prefers to simply see how the first couple of interactions go and get the know someone before fully putting her trust in them. However, if it comes down to a life or death situation, Raine is sure to be one to seek help from anyone willing to give it. Anything rough and tough and challenging is sure to catch Raine's attention. She's a hard-worker and enjoys physical labor much more than sitting behind a desk all day. The outdoors is Raine's home, the place where she feels the most comfortable and safe, and horses make up the essence of Raine's heart. There is a clear stubborn side to her, as well - something which is plainly obvious in anything Raine sets her mind to. Color: Black & White. Personality: xxx. History Raine was born in a little town called Birch Rock located in Texas. The town had a similar feel to Aurora, with a similar population size. However, the town largely consisted of Western riders and cattle ranchers. Raine's father owned the local car repair shop while her grandfather owned a cattle ranch. In this way, Raine grew up both with influences of vehicle knowledge and ranch/horse sense. From the time when she could crawl Raine was on a horse and from the time she was going to school Raine was in the repair shop, learning everything she could about vehicles.Raine wasn't, however, the first child of her parents. She grew up with four older brothers (the eldest two being twins), all who were more than capable of picking on her and rough-housing with her. This is, eventually, part of the reason why she became the tomboyish and carefree woman that she is today. When Raine was old enough, she applied at a college in Texas that offered Equestrian Studies for her major. Through this, Raine learned how to ranch and also how to better care for horses. After graduating college, Raine went around to several different horse barns, working small jobs here and there. However, Raine really wanted a fresh start and the ability to, eventually, own her own working horse ranch.
