[attr="class","boxas"] Carter Sophia Morgan Basics Recent Thread: Here Species: Human Distinguishing Characteristics?: She's of average weight, slim, however does keep weight where she needs it. She doesnt care to starve herself to look good and has no need for people that think she should. She has quite a bit of freckling on her jaw, nose and throughout her body. Normally she wears eye makeup and a bit of concealer, but thats about it. Her arms contain decent sized biceps, which she's not afraid to use. She has a narrow waist and decently wide hips. Her legs are what make up most of her height. She does care for her appearance, not overly so, but likes to make a good impression. Some would consider a bit of a tom-boy, but mostly due to her personality. She does like to get dressed up on ocassion, though. Personality: Carters the interesting combination of charismatic, yet socially awkward. She's the type that's able to keep and manage a large amount of friends easily... Though not at the same time. Large groups of people cause her to babble like an idiot. This causes problems for her while in court for her job as a detective. Normally she will try to get out of it to spare herself the embarrassment. When she's not around friends she tends to turn into her slightly more awkward self, goofy, yet a bit more reserved, polite even. Its not until you get to know her that she goes all out. In most other situations she's excessively confident which usually leads to her blurting out inappropriate things. However she is the farthest thing from 'peppy', in fact, peppy people bother her. The woman has a particular sarcastic nature about her. In this regard, she tends not to be very good in serious situations. Though that's not to say she's not a sophisticated woman, Carters actually quite intelligent and can be classy when she needs to be. Some could say shes often abrasive due to the fact that she doesn't have a 'filter' and will talk about anything to anyone. Often times shes more easily to make the acquaintance of men. She will say what she thinks, but isn't too afraid or proud to apologize and accept the consequences. Her self confidence is well established and she wont falter from it, she doesnt need peoples approval to be herself. Insults normally wont shake her. Carter likes to look good, but wont go out if her way to impress someone unless she likes them. Fashion isnt one of her strong suits, either but she normally looks pretty good. One of her major down sides would have to be the fact that she holds grudges like a cat. If you cross her once, she wont forget it. With this being said, she does have a bit of a temper and isnt afraid to rough people up. She has quite a bit of hate towards fake people and those that try too hard. At work she becomes a charismatic 'hard ass'. She likes to give people a hard time and wont let her coworkers boss her around. She's dedicated and serious. Though she's as tough as nails (on and off of the field) she will have a little feminine break down every once and a while. Whether this is a fit of anger or sobbing just depends on the day. Normally over ridiculous things such as someone not replacing the toilet paper roll. As far as romance goes... She secretly wishes she'll find that one person that will 'sweep her off her feet'... Though she tends to be a bit dense and wont reciprocate feelings, not until her window of opportunity has left and she gets 'friend zoned'. Not out of any particular apprehension of being in a relationship, its just her style. Normally her version of showing feelings is a punch in the arm and a wink. Unless she's drunk of course. In which case she tends to just silently moon over people and agree to whatever they say. She does have occasional drink with friends but hates to 'let the alcohol take her' because she hates feeling vulnerable. If someone could get her to flirt she'd probably be good at it. Habits:

Personality: Due to being a rescue Rue is very timid (the complete opposite of her owner) She finds comfort in Carter but little else. At times she can be protective and snap out, but usually wont follow through with the threat. History Carter was born to a wealthy family of five. She has two sisters, as well as two parents. Growing up Carter got what she wanted and her parents werent around much due to travel for work. The majority of the time she was stuck at home with her two /very/ girly sisters. Though she was raised to 'sit up straight', 'look good', 'be a lady', she found herself drifting from those values. Sure, she takes care of her appearances, but was no 'lady'. She began to hang out with the boys at school more frequently until she 'became' one of them... In spirit anyways. She was always the little girl with holes in her skirt and bloodied knees from rough-housing at recess. During high school Carter became one of the 'popular' kids, due to her well groomed appearance and confidence. Although friendly, would tell people what she thought out-right and this caused her to have many admirers. Yet, quite a bit of enemies as well. As her high school career went on she began to get into fights with those she had offended. Soon after she discovered some lighter drugs with her so-called 'friends'. Though not addictive, she did like the feeling and did it frequently. Her popularity grew, but her grades plummeted. To top it off, her parents discovered she was bi and nearly disowned her. To get her out of the house they bribed a university into letting her in. In college she straightened up, realizing her friends had been fake and useless all along. After dropping the drugs her grades improved dramatically and she began to gain control of her life. She spent a good amount of time in college however left to follow her dream of becoming a detective.
