RETRIEVING FILE... ( SHIFTERS ) SUBSPECIES two LIFESPAN 90-110 years REPRODUCE yes RIVAL humans SHIFTERS | ABOUT SHIFTERS Subspecies - shapeshifters - changelings
Shapeshifters Shapeshifters are able to entirely change their genetic and cellular structure down to any one animal. This ability is usually passed on through genetics from one, or both parents. It is highly uncommon for an invidual to simply wake up with shapeshifting abilities. That being the case, shapeshifters are typically humans with the power to shift into an animal.
The animal that the shapeshifter is able to change into is always based on their demeanor themselves, and in some cases the animal that shift into is based on their parent's genetics as well. Changelings are capable of shifting into any animal they have seen once before.
It is not abnormal for the given animal to have odd colorations of fur/scales/etc and for them to adorn jewelry present in their human form.
In their human form, they will some of their abilities enabled in their animal counterpart, such as enhanced sense of smell, improved eyesight, speed, strength, etc.
There a few limitations for shapeshifters, and some cannot always retain one form over the other. If severely injured, they may revert back to their human form, and novice or young shapeshifters may revert back to their human forms while asleep. They may retain scars, birthmarks, and other characteristics between forms.
Shapeshifters who stay in their animalistic counterpart for extremely long periods of time (months, years, etc) may soon find that they have slowly begun to forget their human self.
Experienced shapeshifters are able to revert back to their human forms retaining their clothes, while inexperienced shapeshifters may find themselves quite bare. For some, who have not accepted who they are, may find the shapeshifting process quite painful.
Changelings The stereotypical shapeshifter. One who shifts into any animal, whether fictional or nonfictional so long as they have a visual image in their memory of said animal.
These are called changelings as they are always changing their forms. While shifters can speak telepathically in a human language in their animal forms, changelings cannot. Changelings can, however, understand human speech in their animal forms. They tend to retain their animalistic like tendencies more so than shifters.
Changelings seem to be able to morph back into their human forms with their clothes intact, providing they were concentrating enough.
Certain changelings have a slight mutation where they uncontrollably morph into different creatures based on their emotion. (ex: feels small and useless, morphs into a mouse) ABILITIES & WEAKNESSES Abilities- they can shift into any one animal*
- changelings can morph into any animal - communicate with one another telepathically, as well as other humans when in their alternative animal form*
- changelings cannot speak the human language in their animal forms
Weaknesses- silver bullet
- often exhibit the traits of their shifter counterpart, involuntarily.
- changelings are more prone to giving in to their animal counterpart's traits
Limitations- May revert back to human form while unconcious, sleep or physically exhausted
- Inexperienced shifters/changelings may not be able to keep form for long amounts of time
Shapeshifters vs. ChangelingsShapeshifters can change into any one animal, the animal typically being based on genetics, or the individual's demeanor. Changelings can shift any animal whether fictional/nonfictional/extinct so long as they have a visual image of said animal. Keep in mind, When shapeshifters are in their animal forms, they are capable of speaking in the human language telepathically to others, and understanding the human language. As for Changelings, they are incapable of speaking in the human language in their animal forms. They can, however, understand the human speech. Lastly, Changelings are more likely to have a more 'animalistic' mindset in their animal form if they stay in it for too long. | ( THERIANTROPE) |

RETRIEVING FILE... ( manipulator ) SUBSPECIES none LIFESPAN 90-110 years REPRODUCE yes RIVAL conjurers MANIPULATORS | ABOUT MANIPULATORS Manipulators, also known as mutants, are the closest to being a normal human being out of the other minorities. The only that sets them apart is the ability to manipulate something; most commonly being objects, or the mind, although there are hundreds of possibilities.
More often than not, a manipulator can go throughout their lives not even knowing of their abilities. When a manipulator does not use their ability for extremely long periods of time, they will need to relearn them through guidance of a mentor, or personal experience.
Abilities are innate and hereditary, although they take skill and practice to master over many years, those who spend more time practicing their craft, the more powerful they become.
Negation manipulators are also available. ABILITIES & WEAKNESSES Abilities- varies depending on type of manip
- no limit so long as they stay in their assigned category (earth manips can only manipulate earth and earth elements)
Weaknesses- opposing element (fire - water)
- over-exertion (migraine, dizziness, nose bleeds)
Limitations- Elemental users only; may be restricted to available elemental resources
Manipulators are able to, well, manipulate. Most commonly they are wielders of earths various elements; earth, wind, fire, nature, water, as well as darkness and light. However, often there are those that are born different even still - mind manipulators. Mind manipulators are, obviously, those who have abilities that are controlled by the mind. Examples include: telepathy, telekinesis, phobokinesis, or dream manipulation. There is no limit as to which abilities these manipulators have, so long as they stick within their assigned element, mind game, etc. (for instance, an air manipulator could not suddenly develop fire abilities; a telekinetic manipulator could not suddenly grow telepathic unless they become hybrids.)* Weaknesses (continued)Element manipulators are weak to their opposing element. (Fire - Water, Darkness - Light) Mind manipulators face more humble weaknesses. If they overuse their abilities they can over-exert themselves and show signs of fatigue via migraines, nose bleeds, dizziness (to name a few). * We do not allow manipulation of space, age, life/death, dimensions, or geology. Nor do we allow any ability to conflict with the freedoms, or lives, of other characters. | ( controlling the elements & mind) |

RETRIEVING FILE... ( WEREWOLF ) SUBSPECIES none LIFESPAN thousands of years REPRODUCE yes RIVAL humans, vampires WEREWOLVES | ABOUT WEREWOLVES Do you remember all the supernatural happenings on the colorful television screen, paranormal aspects of the world that have certain rules and guides of how to live life. Lycanthropes is one of them. They are known as Werewolves in modern terms. They have the ability to shapeshift into an anthropomorphic-like wolf, with the ability to walk on its legs like a human but still have the ability to run on all fours.
It is said that if a person were to walk out on a Wednesday or Friday and slept outside on a summer night with a full moon shining on their face, they would gain the ability to become a Lycanthropy. Also, werewolves that are "bitten" or not "born" can't shift back into their human forms with their clothes.
Hierarchy The Alpha Werewolves are the ones in charge of the pack. They have the ability to bring pack members into submission. To become alpha, one most challenge and fight for the title. In the old days, it was a fight to the death, but the packs have evolved with the times...at least most of them have. Alphas lead the pack and discipline and train the Beta Lycanthropes.
Alphas can howl to call their betas to them, or roar to make their pack members submit. They also have better and enhanced senses. Likes all werewolves, Alphas can speak to their pack members through telepathy in a shared pack link.
Beta Lycanthropes are turned into a werwolf by another lycanthrope or born a werewolf. Betas follow their Alphas and are the second in command for the pack. Betas have the ability to take a person's pain and transfer it to themselves, relieving the recipient's pain. Betas also have healing abilities that helps them withstand things like bullets longer, and wounds heal faster. Betas can howl to signal for their pack to come help them and roar to make a weaker lycanthrope cower.
Betas help to run the pack. They help the Alpha when his duties are stretched thin and is the most dominant wolf in the pack, in that they are submissive only to the Alpha.
Omegas are the weakest of lycanthropes, but still slightly stronger than regular humans. They have a weaker set of basic Beta powers, Omegas are what are known as the peacekeepers in a pack. They are the least dominant, but since they aren't threatening they are actually very good at brokering peace amongst even the most dominant of werewolves. though most Omegas tend to keep to themselves.
ABILITIES & WEAKNESSES Abilities- may shift on whim (full moon limited to unexperienced wolves)
- supernatural strength
- quick healing
Weaknesses- silver
- aconite/ wolfsbane; burns and weakens
- themselves - they lose control often
Lycanthropes will shape shift into their anthropomorphic forms on a given whim, but always on a full moon (unless said werewolf is an older more experienced were). They will lose all control and give in to whatever beastly urges they so desire. There is always a human element to a werewolf. They are almost like two personnas sharing one body. When in their wolf forms, the human intellect is present and aware, but the wolf is in control. It is important that there is a healthy relationship between the two because if not, you can run into some serious rogue wolf problems. A Lycanthropes' healing stability is faster and smoother than the average human. They are weak to a silver bullet, as with many animalistic species of folklore. Experienced Lycanthropes have the ability to maintain human form when the full moon comes.Naturally born Lycanthropes are born with this talent. | ( LYCANTROPE) |

RETRIEVING FILE... ( SPIRITUS ) SUBSPECIES none LIFESPAN 95-120 years REPRODUCE yes RIVAL none SPIRITUS | ABOUT SPIRITUS Specifically, a 'Spiritus' is the name given to a human who has acquired a daemon or a personna of sorts. Did you know that a daemon is different from your everyday typical animal? Although able to speak animalspeak, normal animals often resent daemon, deeming them unnatural, demons and monsters since they 'enslave' themselves to humans. Daemon are capable of vanishing into thin air and reappearing at will, they are spirits of sorts after all except they have physical bodies.
Oddly enough still, only certain people can acquire a daemon. These are normal humans just like everyone else, but alas there comes a time when an animal approaches them, and there is no doubt about it that there is a connection between the two. This can happen at any point in their lives, from birth to adulthood. It is not unusual for a human to seek out their daemon on their own accord. Daemon, have been normal animals at some point, alas there are the certain few animals who do not feel complete, as though they are missing a significant part to their existence. These are animals classifed as daemons.
A spirit animal is responsible for protecting their Spiritus, even if to their deaths. They can come in many different species of animals, with mythical animals being few and far in between as the latter hold a slight disgust for mankind as a whole, and are quite rare. However, it is more than possible for a Fable to become a daemon to a human or shapeshifter, unfortunately they cannot be contained as typical daemon could be. Fables cannot be contained as they possess a much stronger will than a typical animal, and a shapeshifter is far too close to being a human. Instead, they are able to feel their Spiritus' pain, and at times their thoughts, if they are willing to listen. Fables, if acquired as a daemon, can sever their ties to a human at any time.
Once a daemon is acquired, a the human is deemed a Spiritus, and an object of importance to the Spiritus can be used to harbor their daemon's essence (ex: locket, hair pin, bracelet, book, etc). However, a daemon can typically only enter these objects out of its own free will and their summoning is of their own accord as they are very much indeed mortal and have their own free will.
Daemons have their own unique personalities, and do not necessarily have to share characteristics with their Spiritus. Each daemon has their own reason for protecting their chosen Spiritus. Some even may do it just for the fun of it!
ABILITIES & WEAKNESSES Abilities- possess the unique ability to speak with their spirit animal.
- can communicate with other animals of their daemons species
Weaknesses- depreciate in health if one of the two die
More InfoThe humans still remain humans, just with a rather persistent companion. Those who are accompanied by a daemon, however, are capable of understanding the speech of other animals, providing they are within the same species group as their daemon counterpart. What truly sets these two individuals, both man and beast, apart from all the others is the imprint or rather 'birthmark' that would be identical on both of their bodies. It is a tattoo of sorts, and it is a mark that is proof that there is a bond between the two entities. It is not unusual for a daemon to be protective over their human counterpart, or vice versa. However, if any of the bonded individuals were to die, the remaining individual will depreciate in health, but will not die. However, if the human were to die, the daemon may choose to seek another Spiritus within a set amount of time or revert to it's previous animalistic life, losing it's ability to talk with humans. At this point, they will revert back to their feral tendencies, and most often than not, will lose memory of ever being a daemon. | ( THE BONDed ) |

RETRIEVING FILE... ( HYBRID ) SUBSPECIES none LIFESPAN 65-70 years REPRODUCE 2% chance RIVAL all species HYBRIDS | ABOUT HYBRIDS Hybrids are actually quite rare. They are the result of a combination of two very different species, enabling them to retain characteristics from both species.
They are considered unstable in most situations, depending on their mixed genetics. Not much is known about them, hell they don't even know much about themselves. Hybrids are few and far in between. Chances of them reproducing with another species is very low, and chances of them reproducing with a hybrid, is even lower. Conception from a hybrid will always result in a high death rate for the offspring, and many children of hybrids die shortly after birth.
Typically, they are the troublemakers and are often into mischief. Many wish to do good, however more often than not they have conflicting personalities, or are just aggressive overall. ABILITIES & WEAKNESSES Their abilities and weaknesses depend entirely on their counterparts, and no hybrid can be more than two species mixed in. Of course, the rare chance of offspring can increase the amount of mixed in species, but the offspring of hybrids, typically die hours after birth.
Possible Hybrids Shifter x Different Shifter = possibility of taking after 1 parent, or slimmer chance of both parents
Shifter x Mutant = possibility of human, shifter, mutant, or a shifter x mutant hybrid
Mutant x Different Mutant = possibility of taking after one parent, or may exhibit both forms of manipulation (ex. telepathic shadow mutant. Electricity and Water, wind and earth)*
Angels x Demons = highly unstable and very rare, considering the two are supposed to hate each other (yet, forbidden loves do happen). They are often drifters, unable to settle within their own species due to their lineage. Often hang with with 'the fallen' angel crowd.
Spiritus are not capable of producing hybrids, as they are humans in a sense
*note: two opposing mutant's (fire x ice) will always create a human (Carrier of the genes, but without the abilities) - this cross is an act against nature and the two will cancel each other out. | ( FREAKS OF NATURE ) |

RETRIEVING FILE... ( FABLE ) SUBGROUPSseven LIFESPAN varies REPRODUCE varies WEAKNESS varies RIVAL varies FABLES | ABOUT FABLES Ever read a good fairy tale story? Most often than not, those books would illustrate fantastic creatures such as dragons, unicorns, things of that nature. Well, those creatures have a name here, they are called Fables.
Fables can easily adapt to any and all of human languages and can even comprehend animalspeak.
In their beastial forms, they speak through the telepathy, although dragons are capable of moving their mouths when they speak, therefore can speak verbally.
Find the different subspecies of Fables below: dragons, unicorns, pegasi, griffins, hippogriffs, hippocampi, and chimera
DRAGON rival to unicorns The most feared of the fable subspecies They tend to not get along well with other species, let alone their own kind. One interesting fact about dragons is that they gave mankind the ability to control the elements, and they've long since have had the ability in their genes. They were the ones who enabled manipulators in the human race to exist in the first place. That being said, dragons are capable of breathing various elements, most commonly fire. Some have been known to spit poisons, or acids.
They are large, but smaller types have also been known to exist. They can have four legs, two legs, and some are more serpentine with no legs.
Dragons are powerful and incredibly intelligent, most have an aggressive demeanor. They are a bit prejudice towards mankind especially since man now feny the existence of dragonkind. They can control one element, and there are also different types of dragons such as Chinese, Wyvern, Mountain, etc. Although few and far in between, dragons live the longest out of all the fables and many that are around today have seen the earliest ages of mankind.
UNICORN rival to dragons and pegasi A magical horned equine. Typically smarter, faster and more durable than the average horse.
Unicorns range in size from the smallest pony to the largest draft horse. A unicorn is capable of magic whether it be elemental, healing or the destruction, the latter of which can only bring about negative things, such as the wilting of plant life, illness and the like.
It is rumored that unicorns are rather skittish, untameable, and unrideable even. However, there is an old tale of how unicorns adore virgin women and are docile towards them. They come in whatever coat color that a normal horse can be, any unusual colors must be purchased from the shop.
PEGASUS rival to unicorns A winged horse of legend. Tales of old often say that pegasi were the spawn of Poseidon and Medusa, other tales say that the first Pegasus was born from the blood of Medusa.
They are quite stubborn and like the Unicorn, quite untameable and unridable. They are able be any coat color that a modern day horse is capable of. They are not as fast on land as they are in the skies. Much like the unicorn, they can be very flighty, no pun intended.
GRIFFIN (includes griffin, hippogriff, hippocampi) rival to CHIMERA The griffin is a remarkable animal with the rear body of a big cat, and the front end of a bird of prey, including large powerful talons in the front, and the back legs sporting claws. They also possess the ears of a lion, or feathered elongated ears atop their skull.
The hippogriff possesses the rear body of a equid, or cervid and the front body of a bird of prey. While the hippocampi possesses the rear body of a marine mammal or fish and the front body of scaly equine. Hippocampi may only survive in the water, in a human form they must still remain hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
They are all highly intelligent, wise and courageous (sometimes even to a fault). There's an old tale revolving around griffins in particular that they guard sources of wealth or treasure.
CHIMERA rival to GRIFFIN The oddest of all the fable subspecies. It's body is usually composed of some combination of lion, goat and serpent (sometimes even dragon). It is hard to pinpoint the full extent of their abilities.
Most commonly, they possess the body of a lion with scales in some places, and a select few may even possess wing like appendages. In very rare cases, one may find that there is a two or three headed creature, being the lion, goat and serpent. In those circumstances, the chimera tends to suffer from personality disorders, even more so when it takes on a human form as all three personas will be conflicting within the mind of the human manifestation.
ABILITIES & LIMITATIONS Fables are indeed the creature they appear to be, but in order to fit in with this modern age they've acquired the ability to take on a human form to better blend in, for humans won't take too kindly to seeing such strange creatures. They can shift into a human form at will, although once they have a particular human form in mind, they cannot alter that form.
They are also capable of taking on the form of small normal animals, such as that of a dog, cat, mouse, etc.
They age much slower than the human race. The rule of thumb is 10 Fable Years = 5 Human Years. Do remember fables can live for hundreds of years, where humans can not.
Regarding reproduction, there is a 100% chance of impregnation with another fable of the same subspecies, and only a measly 25% chance with any other species (many interspecies offspring from Fables are not carried to term)
Fables don't typically interbreed with other species for a very specific reason. If a fable female is able to conceive a child with a different species, she will lose her Fable blood upon conception and will eventually become a human. Her human child however, will inherit her fable abilities. Fables reproduce in one of two ways. If it a child of Fable, they will give birth in their fabled forms, if it is a interspecies child between something outside of a Fable, they will give birth in their human form.
A male Fable does not experience this issue, fortunately. All Fables are able to interbreed with one another. The named results as such are listed below:
Dragon x Unicorn = Dragicorn - Equine like in appearance, however acquires reptilian like features from the dragon parent, they may be winged.
Dragon x Pegasus = Paragon - They will resemble Dragicorns most often than not, with the lack of a magical horn. They are more reptilian in appearance, with bat like wings, and look quite menancing. They can be highly aggressive, and unpredictable at times.
Pegasus x Unicorn = Alicorn - A perfect combination of both parents. They are simpy winged unicorns, and are gifted with the ability of both flight and magic.
Chimera x Griffin = These two are a tossup when it comes to appearance and personality. If the father was a Chimera, the offspring will take up his appearance and personality, dubbing it a Griffin child. The same would go if the father had been a Griffin.
Dragon x Griffin = Chimera - Oddly enough this pairing will result in a Chimera, the ultimate combination of species. Where'd you think Chimeras came from anyways?

RETRIEVING FILE... ( HUMANS ) SUBGROUPS four LIFESPAN 75-85 years REPRODUCE yes WEAKNESS certain diseases RIVAL all species HUMANS | ABOUT HUMANS Subspecies you may find more info on these in their own respective files manipulators, shapeshifters, changelings and conjurers
I would assume that everyone here should know what a human was, I mean you are one right?!
Humans have been around for quite a long time, although Fables insist upon the fact they were here long before mankind came into effect.
They have a huge range in personalities, appearances, preferences and is next to impossible to pin down exactly one trait that describes any one human.
They are fond of improving their technologies, pollution, violence, and fighting amongst each other regarding civil rights and things of that nature.
As a whole, they are oblivious to the other species that live within Los Angeles, that is except for certain individuals. Mostly, those who know try to deny the existence of other intelligent species.
Those who know or have heard of the other species are either one of two things, terrified of them, or filled with such hate and malice that they want to extiniguish them all. ABILITIES & WEAKNESSES Humans do not typically have any special abilities, but they are prone to contracting various diseases, and do not heal quickly as some other species tend to do.
They are, however, very knowledgeable in technology and weaponry. Some humans take great fun in guns, and doing illegal things. They pride themselves on expanding their land as their population greatly increases, the Fable species have held a grudge against mankind since the beginning of time, that grudge has done nothing but intensify as of late from the older Fables. | ( HOMO SAPIENS) |

RETRIEVING FILE... ( demons ) SUBSPECIES one LIFESPAN thousands of years REPRODUCE very fertile RIVAL angels, all species DEMONS | ABOUT DEMONS Subspecies
- Hellhounds are a type of darker shifter (normally a breed of mutated dog) that exhibits similar qualities of the demon but is more animalistic in nature, and are often close companions with a demon.
Demons are the genetically modified result of scientists attempt at making 'slaves' to do their dirty work. Humans were kidnapped and experimented on in order to 'better' the community; the demons original purpose was to combat the other supernatural beings of the world. Unfortunately, once the beings had completed their transformation, their newly heightened rage and intelligence was transferred to the scientists in the way of a revolt, and they escaped to further their genes (whether by breeding or spreading the pathogen). The new creatures that resulted resembled that of the typical 'demonic' creatures - usually sadistic, insanely intelligent and wielders of the darkness. The scientists still wonder to this day if what they uncovered was strictly scientific... or if they had summoned something much darker. Though, many years have passed since the initial experiments. The demons that have resulted since are not always as powerful as the ones who receive the original strain. These folks often don't follow the typical demon qualities - some may experience the abilities of one but may not follow the behavior stereotypes. With this being said, there are two ways for them to exist. The first is by being turned (usually a group of more experienced demons kidnapping them and exposing them to the 'pathogen'), in this case the victim will lose all other abilities they may have, though small traces remain (ex. a water manip turned demon might be able to draw water from their finger tips but cannot wield it) and may or may not have a negative affect on their personalities. The other method is to be born as a demons. Demons may walk the earth looking to be average humans, but normally feel the drive to cause chaos, and often experience the typical, not-so-typical eye color; black, red, or white typically. ABILITIES & WEAKNESSES Abilities- telekinesis
- pyrokinesis
- telepathy
- partial possession and mind control***
- superhuman strength
Weaknesses- iron
- salt
- negative affects to electricity - surges, minor blackouts
- exposure to angels
More InfoGiven that they are genetically modified beasts, they come with their perks. Demons are, on the surface, invincible. They are not bothered by typical means of torture, injury or illness, and heal quickly; therefore they tend to live a long and... chaotic life. They usually experience a plethora of abilities that can often disguise them as the typical manipulator - telepathy, telekinesis, pyrokinesis. They tend to have a negative affect on technology and electricity, usually causing lights to flicker when they enter buildings. They have super human strength, and the older, more experienced demons are capable of controlling minds, for brief periods of time, usually to cause injury (and not without the charries consent, obviously).* Although no being is truly invincible. Demons are susceptible to injury via holy water, iron, and some sorts of salts. These are all similar to acid burns in humans, and cause great pain, often to the point of death. Angels, demons natural rivals, are also capable of weakening them just by being in their proximity, and are the only ones capable of killing them by mortal means (ex, an angel is the only one who can kill them by ordinary knife.) Those that wish to hide from demons may doing so by drawing a salt line in front of entrances. So long as that line is not broken, the person is safe. *Note; demons here are not capable of full-body possession. They may momentarily infiltrate the mind of others, and may briefly take over motor control, but it never lasts and must be with the other characters permission. | ( sadists) |

RETRIEVING FILE... ( angels ) SUBSPECIES none LIFESPAN thousands of years REPRODUCE very fertile RIVAL demons ANGELS | ABOUT ANGELS With darkness, comes light. The scientists, having failed to keep demons under wraps, they created a... balance of sorts. Going back to the laboratory they created an alternative strain of demon, but this one with completely opposing abilities, nature, and appearance.
While demons are ingrained to create chaos, these 'angels' were sent out into the world to counter this with their strict morality, values and loyalty. Often times they radiate a certain 'aura' about them, maintaining a certain attractive appeal to them. They generally friendly and helpful members of society (not always). Angels like to stick close to one another and are stronger in numbers.
Though, as with demons, the farther away from the original strain/generation you get, the further removed they get from the typical behaviors. There are, obviously those who refuse to participate in the desire to stop the darkness.
Similarly, there is also two ways of turning into an 'angel'; being turned and being born. Being turned angel is less dramatic and abrasive than demons, given that the person must consent to the change. Therefore, the majority of angels are those that have been born. But if there is somebody willing to dedicate themselves to the cause, and want the near-immortality, then that person might just be crazy enough to allow the turn.
Those that take their power for granted, or chose to turn to the dark often get cast out and are stripped of the majority of their powers. Though, a 'fallen' angel is still quite a bit more powerful than a human. ABILITIES & WEAKNESSES Abilities- telekinesis
- light manipulation
- telepathy
- superhuman strength
- death sensing
- empathy
Weaknesses- exposure to demons
- darkness
- can be cast out by other angels - minimizes powers *
More InfoAngels have very similar qualities to demons. They are, after all, made from the same strain of 'pathogen'. The main difference of course being their need for peace, rather than drama, and their light manipulation. Rather than cause death, angels are capable of sensing it. That is, they can sense oncoming death and often use it to their benefit to prevent it. They can sense death, and can usually tell how it happens, but not when, or where. Death sensing is limited to natural deaths, and angels cannot tell their own death, either. They have extraordinary healing abilities and cannot be harmed by anything ordinary, except of course, by demons. They act as each others balance, and in each others eyes they are ultimately mortal. *must have consent to cast out another angel. | ( healers ) |

RETRIEVING FILE... (conjurers)
SUBSPECIES none LIFESPAN 75-90 years REPRODUCE fertile RIVAL varies CONJURERS | ABOUT CONJURERS Commonly known as magicians, wizards, sorcerers, mages and witches. Typically in this modern day and era, anyone attempting acts of magic are labeled as witches. Back in the olden days, anyone accused of such behavior would be burned on the stake. It would seem that now people are quieter about it, or perhaps it is because the modern world is slowly starting to accept that the plain old dandy Joe man isn't the only intelligent one around.
Unlike manipulators who are born with the ability to bend the elements, control/read the mind, Conjurers have it differently. They are normal humans who took to the books to learn the forgotten arts of magic and spell-casting.
They don't consider themselves as one of the supernatural as they weren't born the way they are. No, they took the initative to learn to control and manipulate things that were not given to them by right. ABILITIES & WEAKNESSES Abilities- spell casting (black & white magic)
- alchemy
- dark arts
- defense magic
Limitations- may need to either recite spells from a book or by memory
- incorrect pronouciation of spells may have negative effects
- inexperienced magic users may recite a spell and conjure something more unpredictable
More InfoConjurers don't really have weaknesses, if you exclude the sort of things such as disease, illness, etc. Conjurers use mana (the energy of living and non-living forces) to serve as energy for spells and magic. If their mana reserves are low, (which can be exhausted by using powerful spells/magic, or consistently using magic in a short timespan, or being inexperienced) they will not be able to use their magic. In extreme cases, they may even black out due to exhaustion. Using magic requires concentration, particuarly for spells requiring books, herbs, talismen and any other artifiacts and objects of importance. Typically, magic such as summoning an element, or even an animal can be done so just by concentrating on the thought. | ( MODERN DAY WITCHES ) |

RETRIEVING FILE... Given that they are dead, walking the world as a monster as some twisted purgatory, they must feed from blood to sustain their undead life. Those who don't face a slow and painful death of which their body begins to decay, although the process may take years to complete.
There are many methods for vampires to feed, and murder is not always necessary. Those that still harbor concern for the mortal life may prefer to drink, wipe their memory via mind control, and go on about their day. Others prefer to steal from hospitals, blood banks, and some just prefer to limit themselves to animals, however human blood provides them with the most power.
They are alluring creatures, tantalizing in every way and usually the prime example of the human form (no, they do not walk around in capes with pale skin, sparkles and fangs). Their fangs (elongated canine teeth) are generally retractable. They have a natural draw to them, often times they are quite popular and have an easy time making friends - no matter their personality (plus, they can always compel friends to them). Other times they are mysterious, keeping to the outskirts to live their lives in peace. Some are more bold in nature than others, and simply don't care about who - or what finds out what they are.
There is only one way to become a vampire, given that they are infertile. They can only be created by being turned by another. In order to turn, a human must be on their deathbed and ingest (willingly or forcefully) vampire blood. It is then, when they pass on, that they will be revived as a newbie vampire. The transition is rough on the system, much like a bad hangover, but once they adjust they will have turned into completely new beasts - the blood sucking, light sensitive, but otherwise invincible kind.

More InfoFirst thing's first, and that's that this is a predatory species. They need blood to survive, and although they may not want to kill, the urge to do so will always be ingrained in them. They are sensitive to blood in this way. They are extraordinarily powerful, possessing similar qualities to the demon in that they heal quickly (their blood also heals, if the injured is not on a death bed - if not, they simply 'turn') and have superhuman strength and senses. They are immune to any mortal disease as well as any ordinary sort of death. Where the topic of myths come back around, also comes the topic of sunlight. Vampires are extraordinarily sensitive to sunlight, newbies having the worst trouble with it, and exposure for more than a few seconds causes something similar to spontaneous combustion. Though as they grow older, and the centuries fade, they grow more and more tolerant of it, going from 3rd degree burns to simple, blistering sunburn. The oldest vampires are able to walk in the sun for several hours at the most, before gaining this sunburn. Most vampires prefer to stick to the night, unless they happen to get into the good graces of a witch, in which case they may bind a spell to a talisman that they may wear to walk during the day. (can be bought in site store) Another of their unique abilities is the one of persuasion. Using a form of mind control, they can often convince people do do their bidding - whether it be to wipe their memory or to get them a cold drink.*** The only way to kill a vampire is one of three ways - fire,a wooden stake to the heart, or a werewolf bite. Werewolf bite of course, being the worst and most painful way to go out of the three; giving the sufferer painful spasms, hallucinations/delusions, nausea and eventually paralysis. *are only able to persuade/manipulate others with member's consent. | ( the undead ) |
