Information about Sips will go here later when I decide I have the time to write this up. Right now, I can tell you he's a horse, he's malnourished and living in one of the stables (haven't decided which yet). He's a yearling unaltered colt and he'll do well in racing or leisure but can probably be trained in anything. Training will be hard, though- Sips is stubborn and flighty. Friendly, but hard to approach without spooking. Belongs to the stable currently- but is for sale to any interested buyer.
