SKYPIN' @lochlan Okay. Okay, this was a bit odd. Unusual even. She had never video called anyone, she hadn't even known it had existed that is until her companion at the stable had informed her of its existence.
She listened to the dial out tone of the odd chime, her eyes looking up the miniature reflection of her face on the screen with sight distaste. Soon, the call picked up and she just about froze in her tracks. "Uh...uh..h-hello?" She responded, hastily opening a book to cover part of her face.

SKYPIN' @sienna He waited patiently for her call, silently hoping she was able figure out how to work the program more for his own benefit if anything. Before long the call popped up on the screen and he promptly accepted, a small smile lighting his features.
"Sienna, hey!" He laughed as he watched the woman hide behind the book, finding the expression nearly foreign coming from his own mouth. "I see you finally figured the program out.. how are you?"

SKYPIN' @lochlan This was really awkward.
Seeing the man's face and then hearing his rather excited voice only made the woman lower her face more behind the book, desperately trying to hide her reactions. In truth, she was smiling slightly, even blushing lightly underneath her book cover.
"H-hey Lochlan. I'm g-good. Yeah I got it t-to work..how are you?" She asked, her voice shaking as she looked at the man on the receiving screen with wide blue eyes. "S-still surprised y-you wanted me to c-call you." She spoke quietly, heck she was nothing special. Just another person living the game of life.

SKYPIN' @sienna She reminded him of some sort of small child, attempting to hide behind the book and it didn't help the chuckle that had settled in him, although it was never actually directed towards her. It was unusual but at the same time adorable in a sense and the man found himself watching her, and those eyes, intently through the screen.
His laugh soon faded and he replaced it with a somewhat pleased expression, enjoying her kind-of company and the fact that she'd agreed to go ahead with the virtual meeting even with her insecurities. "As good as can be expected, I guess. Same ol', same ol'." He looked surprised by the woman's statement as his eyebrows rose. "Why wouldn't I? I like talking to you, and.. I guess this is the next best thing. Plus we don't have to actually go out into public this way." It seemed the man was in a rather playful mood as a smirk was soon sent to her.

SKYPIN' @lochlan Was it bad to actually think that the man was the least bit adorable? She couldn't force herself to say that sort of thing aloud, no telling how the man would react. Besides..it seems like he and Chase were her only human friends, so why try to mess that up?
"You..you like talking to me?"
She started, actually going as far to lower the book she had been holding. "I mean, uh..I'm not all that interesting. But anything is better than being in public." A deep hued blush had crept into the woman's cheeks, visible even from the screen. "I...uh.." She stammered, already crawling back into the safety of her invisible shell.
