summary: phebe is a darling. she is my border collie (canine) shifter that has too much energy for her own body. while she is a major sweet-heart she does have a lot of spunk about her. she is sarcastic and loves to play jokes on her friends and is really just a young girl in a woman's body. she can be mature when she needs to be, but she likes to see the fun in life. her life basically consists of socializing, training horses, and finding new adventures to go on.

friends: phebe will have plenty of friends as long as they can deal with her crazy personality. one second she is calm and mature, then the next she is bouncing all over with no real reason, throwing playful insults here and there. but, with her collie shift, she is a super loyal companion and friend. there is nothing she hates more than disloyalty. her trust is hard to earn, but she will be friends with just about anyone until they prove they can't handle her.

enemies: she will have some, everyone does. as mentioned in her biography, she hates arrogance and people who think they can walk all over others simply because they can. she is a defender of the weak, per say, and will stand up for anyone, any where. because of this, she is sure to stir up trouble. her enemies will also consist of those that cannot handle her sarcasm and sassy attitude, taking her way too literal and getting butt-hurt for now reason.

lovers: phebe has only had two boyfriends in her entire life. the first was a high school sweet-heart who pretty much took her heart and stomped all over it. the other being her first true lover, the one she lost her virginity to. she does not take relationships easily, and will have to be truly dedicated to someone to even think about it. one night stands most likely won't happen, and she wont tolerate guys who are trying to simply get in her pants, and may even try to wait a guy out to make sure it's not a game to him. though, she will play this all off pretty well. want to get to this girls heart? play it romance. gentlemen will always win!
