Meet Liam Hughes, Vivienne Hughes' brother. He is the eldest child in their family, a family of four. I pretty much will give the RPer free reign on his personality and everything. The only thing I ask for is that the history goes along with what Vivienne's history is. I would also prefer a strong relationship between him and Vivi, and acts like the big brother he is.
